CO-WORKING SPACE
Located on the ground floor, the business lounge at Gresham Works is a stylish co-working space available for guests to use for just £25+VAT per day. The price includes unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day.
For guests staying more regularly, or for longer periods, fixed or hot desks are also available. Licences are for 12 months with the flexibility to terminate at any time with one-months notice. Fixed desks cost £220+VAT per month and hot desks cost £175+VAT

MEETING ROOM HIRE
Corporate guests can also take advantage of meeting room hire facilities available at Gresham Works. Meeting rooms are available for 4, 8 or 16 people.
Prices for meeting room hire are as follows:
Meeting room A for 4 people
Half day £50 and full day £100
Meeting room B for 8 people
Half day £60 and full day £120
Meeting room C for 16 people
Half day £75 and full day £150
