  • Is there anywhere I can leave my luggage?
    Yes, we have a small luggage store behind reception which is available for guests to use free of charge.
  • What parking facilities are available?
    We do not have a car park at The Gresham Aparthotel. The closest car park is Newark Street Car Park, LE1 5SN, which is just a short walk away.
  • What time is your reception open?
    Our reception is open 24 hours.
  • What is your smoking policy?
    No smoking is allowed within the building.
  • Is breakfast included?
    Breakfast isn’t included within the cost of booking but can be added when you check in at an additional cost.
  • What is the difference between the different types of rooms?
    Information about our different room types are available here. All of our rooms include the same equipment and facilities but some rooms have more space or sleep more people than others.
  • What facilities / equipment is included in the rooms?
    A full list of facilities and equipment available in our rooms can be found here. If there is anything missing, that you think you might need during your stay then let us know and we will do our best to help.
  • What facilities does the Aparthotel offer?
    As well as the equipment and facilities available in our rooms, guests can access our fitness suite, self-service laundry room, 24hour reception, our onsite restaurant / bar as well as co-working and meeting / conference space (available at an additional charge).
  • What facilities are available for corporate guests?
    High speed wifi is available throughout the aparthotel. At an additional charge, guests can also access our on-site co-working space, Gresham Works. If you are planning a meeting or a small conference, meeting room hire is also available through Gresham works and is suitable for meetings of 2 - 60 people.
  • What is an Aparthotel?
    An Aparthotel is a hybrid between a hotel and a serviced apartment. Staying at an aparthotel means that you have access to your own kitchen and living spaces as well as being able to benefit from the high levels of service and facilities that you would receive at a hotel, such as a 24 hour reception, concierge and housekeeping service. This gives you more flexibility as to how you manage your time. The Gresham Aparthotel provides a comfortable home away from home and is a great option for short or longer term stays.

  • What facilities do you provide for customers with disabilities?
    Our accessible rooms offer more space, ensuring wheelchairs can move around more easily. If you have specific access needs that you would like to discuss with us, please email
  • Can you provide health and beauty treatments?
    We do not provide health and beauty treatments onsite but, if you speak to our reception staff, they will be able to advise which salons are available nearby.
  • Can I use the fitness suite during my stay?
    Yes - our fitness suite is open between 6am - 10pm and is available for all guests to use.
  • How often are rooms serviced?
    Rooms are serviced every seven days. If you would like your room to be serviced more or less frequently, just let us know at reception when you arrive.
  • Are there discounts available for longer stays?
    The aparthotel is a great option for longer stays and we try to keep our prices competitive for those taking extended stays in the city. Having your own kitchenette and living space also gives you the flexibility to eat in or out during your stay, which can mean big savings as opposed to staying in a hotel without the same facilities.     Booking directly with us, either through our website or by phone, is always the best option. Here’s why: Get the best rooms when you book direct - we prioritise our best rooms for guests who book with us directly. So you may get more space, a bigger bed or a nicer view. Booking directly also gives you the opportunity to make special room requests more easily. More flexibility - by booking with us directly you have until 10am on the day of your stay to make a cancellation to your booking and receive a full refund. We can also accommodate changes to your booking more easily and without penalties. Save money- Our hotel rates will not be higher than those offered by online travel agents. From time to time, we sometimes offer special discounts or incentives on repeat visits for guests that have booked with us in the past. If you are looking to stay over a longer term, book for a group or are looking for a room at the last minute then give us a call and we may be able to accommodate you with a special rate.
  • Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
    Our advertised rates are per room. Depending on the room you choose, they can sleep between two - four people.
  • Do you have WiFi in the hotel and hotel rooms?
    Yes, our wifi is free for all guests to use.
  • Will my credit card be charged before or after my stay?
    Your card will be charged the full amount before your stay.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We offer a full refund if cancelled before 10am on the day of your stay. If you cancel after this time, your first nights stay will be fully chargeable but you will receive a full discount for any nights booked thereafter. Please note, we have a different policy for group bookings of ten rooms or more. If you do not show up for your booking you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • What is the Aparthotels policy regarding children?
    Children are welcome to stay with a parent or guardian. Please email us at in advance of your stay if you would like a high chair or travel cot in your room.
  • What food is available in your restaurant?

  • Does your restaurant cater for allergies?
    Yes. Most allergy requests can be catered for.
  • Is vegetarian and vegan food available in your restaurant?
    Yes, both vegetarian and vegan options will be available.
  • What laundry services are available?
    We have a self-service laundry room, located on the lower ground floor of the aparthotel, which is free for guests to use. The room includes a washing machine and dryer.
