This marks the third accolade to be won by The Gresham, in the luxury accommodation sector over the last few months which include LUXLife’s Best Luxury Serviced Aparthotel 2025 covering the East Midlands area.

For the third year in a row, Leicester city-based The Gresham Aparthotel was also announced as Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards Winner for 2025, placing them among the top 10% of listings around the world on Tripadvisor.
