2022 has been a memorable and successful first year for us all at The Gresham. We are incredibly thankful to our fantastic team, our guests and to everyone who has supported us on our journey so far.

Our experienced team have been involved with making Christmas special for guests across the world during their careers. Each time it is a privilege to be a part of the most special time of the year.
Distinctive from any other hotels, the luxurious apartments at The Gresham all include home from home spaciousness, comforts, and amenities; each room has a kitchenette (microwave, hob, fridge, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery) shower room, sofa and living area and a dining area. Everyone will feel at home and relaxed but with the bonus of a four-star hotel service.

Two nights in a standard double studio on 24 and 25 December
A buck’s fizz breakfast on Christmas morning
A four-course Christmas Lunch served in Black Iron Social
A full English breakfast on Boxing Day
For people who have Christmas plans in place in Leicester or Leicestershire but want somewhere comfortable and stylish to stay, we have studio apartments available too.
