The Serviced Apartment Awards are now in their eleventh year. With a global reach and entries judged by a panel of industry experts, they recognise excellence across both corporate and individual categories.

Best Operator criteria included:

●      Guest satisfaction - evidence of consistently delivering best-in-class guest experience and customer service.

●      Growth - evidence of continued or planned expansion across target markets.

●      Company values - description of ESG commitments and initiatives.

These latest accolades come off the back of a series of recent successes for The Gresham Aparthotel.

Most recently, International Explorer awarded the independently-run property Luxury Accommodation Services of the Year – Leicester, 2025, recognising excellence across key criteria including creativity, market impact, sustainability, innovation, and guest engagement.

The property was also named Best Luxury Serviced Aparthotel 2025 (East Midlands) by LUXLife, further reinforcing its reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Gresham Aparthotel has also been recognised for the third consecutive year as a Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards Winner (2025), placing it among the top 10% of hospitality listings worldwide based on consistently positive guest reviews.
