Four requests you can make at The Gresham reception

Reception is open 24hrs at The Gresham Aparthotel so it’s never too late or too early to ask us for anything.

Led by Dominique and Stavros, the team on reception are friendly and welcoming and will go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be.

Here are a few of our complimentary services you can take advantage of while you’re here:

1) Ask for an Airfryer

The Gresham’s worst kept secret!

Every room comes with a fully equipped kitchenette including a microwave, hob and saucepans.

But for those of you who like to cook the modern way, you can request an Airfryer from reception (subject to availability) to cook crispy, juicy, tasty meals quickly.

It’s easy to use and works best for long stays with fresh ingredients from Leicester Market around the corner.

2) Ask for a taxi

It can be hard to find the right taxi company in a new city to get you from A to B and back again.

The Gresham can suggest trusted providers and we can arrange booking on your behalf so your weekend plans run as smoothly as possible.

Just let reception know what time you want to leave and where you want to go, and we will make the arrangements for you.

3) Ask for the best place in town

Whether you’re after a lamb saag at an Indian restaurant, a bite to eat before a Tigers game or a gelato on a hot afternoon, the receptionists at The Gresham will be able to make recommendations for every occasion.

Similarly, we know the best places for drinks, where to see the city’s historic sites, routes for a relaxing walk or something more competitive and adrenaline fuelled.

4) Ask for luggage storage

Your visit to Leicester doesn’t have to be confined to the check-in and check-out times.

If you’d like to make the most of your day to explore the city without the weight of your suitcase, you can drop your luggage off at reception, where it will be kept safe for your return.

Just make sure you pick it up before you leave!
