The Gresham Aparthotel is the winner of Travel & Hospitality Awards’ ‘Apart Hotel of the Year’.
It is the 5th national honours for the Leicester city centre accommodation in the last 12 months.
The latest award is a reflection of The Gresham's high-quality service and facilities, customer experience, and outstanding online feedback.
Travel & Hospitality Award judges also considered the size, spaciousness, amenities, and in room services, as well as the design and style reflecting the overall brand.

The Gresham stood out against other nominations on three key aspects: encapsulating the history of the building; its design for post-pandemic travel habits; and embedding itself at the heart of Leicester.
In May 2023 The Gresham won Best Operator 51-200 units’ at the Serviced Apartments Awards for best-in-class guest experience.
TripAdvisor and Kayak also recognised The Gresham with awards for consistent excellent reviews on their platforms last year, with Booking.com awarding their accolade at the start of 2024.
