Since opening, The Gresham Aparthotel has become ‘the place to stay’ when travelling to Leicester. Occupancy is growing and guest reviews are glowing.

Distinctive from any other hotels, The Gresham Aparthotel includes home from home spaciousness, comforts and amenities; each room has a kitchenette (microwave, hob, fridge, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery) shower room, sofa and living area and a dining area.
The £17 million, two-year project by developer, Aimrok Holdings, transformed the Grade II-listed Victorian building from a department store (formerly occupied by retailer, Fenwick) into the high-end, 121-room aparthotel.
Eloic, adds: “The unique experience of the aparthotel makes everyone feel at home and relaxed but with the added bonus of a four-star hotel service. You can choose to dine in your own room watching Netflix or visit Black Iron Social on the ground floor to enjoy exquisite drinks and food. Opening the aparthotel was extremely rewarding but now seeing it busy and ‘alive’ is really special.
