The shortlisted entries for the 2023 Serviced Apartment Awards have been revealed.
The Gresham Aparthotel is delighted to have made the shortlist for Best Operator 51 to 200 Units.
The shortlists have been chosen by an independent panel of expert judges which includes travel buyers, consultants, investors, designers, journalists, and architects.
Back for their 8th year, the Serviced Apartment Awards powered by Serviced Apartment News are known as the 'Oscars of the industry'. The only awards created for and by the serviced apartment, aparthotel, extended stay, and short-term rental industries.
Congratulations to all who have made the shortlists - winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on May 18th in London.
